AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

FREE for orders over $200, $10 for all orders under $200

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days, $15.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post's Pack and Track service with a tracking number provided. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Postage is a flat rate fee of $15.

INTERNATIONAL
Standard shipping is $25 AUD for all orders.

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey from us to you. Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.

Please note that some postal services are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, we will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. 

NOTE: Shipping times act as estimates. Shipping fees on exchanges are to be covered by you, or the recipient.

IMPORT FEES/TAXES

The delivery cost for international online orders does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties. You, or the recipient, are responsible for the payment of any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. Please be aware that duties and taxes are assessed on the combined value of the goods in your parcel. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to calculate additional duties and taxes on your parcel upon arrival into your country.
